1. Company & Contact
OnePagey is operated by ToS Tech LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, with a registered address at 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801. 2. Agreement
By accessing or using OnePagey, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. Service Description
OnePagey helps you create, edit, and publish a one-page website, including optional custom domain registration and AI-assisted content generation. Features and availability may change.
4. Accounts & Passwordless Authentication
OnePagey uses passwordless sign-in: we verify your identity through Stytch using an email one-time passcode (a 6-digit code) or Google sign-in, and then establish your session through Firebase Authentication. You must provide a valid email address you control and keep access to that inbox. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent where required. We do not use passwords for OnePagey accounts. One-time passcodes are time-limited and intended for the person requesting them. Do not share your codes with others.
5. Domain Registration & Ownership
When you purchase a custom domain through OnePagey, you are the registrant of record for that domain name. OnePagey (ToS Tech LLC) acts as your registration agent: we register, renew, connect, and manage the domain on your behalf while your subscription is active, using the ICANN registrant contact information you provide after payment. You retain ownership rights to your domain subject to registrar and ICANN policies. Upon cancellation or non-renewal, domain renewal, transfer, and retention are handled as described in Section 6.
6. Payments, Subscriptions, Renewal & Cancellation
Paid plans are billed through Stripe Checkout (hosted payment pages). Fees, billing interval, and plan length are disclosed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal through the Stripe Customer Portal (Manage billing in your dashboard). No refunds for the current billing period. Once a period is paid, that fee is not refunded if you cancel during the period. Cancel anytime, no questions asked. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Until that date, your website, dashboard, hosting, and domain connection continue to work as usual. When your paid period ends after cancellation or non-renewal: • Website hosting is deactivated and your site is taken offline. • Your custom domain is detached from hosting and automatic domain renewal is turned off. The domain may expire unless you transfer it to another registrar before deactivation. • You remain the registrant of record for your domain name, subject to registrar and ICANN policies. You may have the right to transfer your domain, subject to ICANN transfer policies and any outstanding fees. Domain registration is included while your subscription is active. Third-party registrar charges may apply separately when transferring or renewing outside OnePagey.
7. ICANN Accurate Information
Domain registration is subject to ICANN policies. You must provide accurate, complete registrant contact information (name, email, phone, and postal address) when activating your domain. You agree to keep this information current. Inaccurate or outdated WHOIS/registrant data may result in domain suspension or loss under registrar and ICANN rules. You confirm the accuracy of registrant data when submitting the domain activation form in your dashboard.
8. Acceptable Use & Content Standards
You are solely responsible for the text, images, and other content you submit, generate, or publish through OnePagey, and you must have the rights to use it. You may not create, upload, or publish content that is: • Illegal, or that promotes or facilitates illegal activity; • Sexual content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, or sexually explicit/adult material; • Hateful, harassing, threatening, or abusive toward any person or group; • Violent, or that incites or glorifies violence, self-harm, or terrorism; • Fraudulent, deceptive, scam, or misleading (including impersonation and counterfeit goods); • Malware, phishing, spam, or otherwise harmful to users or the platform; • Infringing on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others. We use automated systems, including third-party AI content moderation, to screen submitted text and images for safety. We may assign an internal risk score, reject or refuse to publish content, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards, with or without notice. Automated screening is provided to help keep the service safe but is not guaranteed to catch every violation, and it does not relieve you of responsibility for your content. We may report unlawful content to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
9. Intellectual Property
OnePagey and its branding remain our property. You retain rights to content you provide. You grant us a license to host, display, and process your content solely to operate the service. AI-generated drafts should be reviewed by you before publication.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your purposes, that domain names will remain available or registered, or that third-party services (including Stripe, domain registrars, Vercel, and AI providers) will operate without interruption. AI-generated drafts are provided for your review; you are responsible for verifying content before publication.
11. Limitations of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ToS Tech LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF ONEPAGEY, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO ToS Tech LLC FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. You acknowledge that domain registration, website hosting, payment processing, and AI content generation involve third parties outside our control, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
12. Cookies, Privacy & Optional Tracking
Your use of OnePagey is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the service, and — only with your consent — optional cookies for usage analytics and advertising measurement. You can grant or withdraw consent at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. We store the business details you enter to build your website and do not share them with analytics or advertising providers.
13. Termination & Governing Law
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, or as required by law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
